Residential

Omaha Electric Service, Inc's Residential Division can handle any housing need from the smallest of homes to the largest of apartment complexes. We work with quality homebuilders to design and build quality electrical systems that can take whatever the homeowner can throw at it.

Some of the homes we have done have been included in the Parade of Homes in Omaha. Recently, we finished the new Assisted Living Facility at Lakeside, off of 168th and West Center Road, as well as a 10,000 foot "Smart House."

The residential division of Omaha Electric Service Inc., has been growing rapidly over the years. Our # 1 goal is to build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers. We also prioritize on assuring that whether it be the owner or the tenant's property, electrical needs will be met in a qualified and timely manner.
