Service

Omaha Electric Service, Inc's service department is available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergency you have. We have service vans situated throughout the city and in an emergency situation, we can be to a site within one hour (barring blizzards or floods).

In non-emergency situations, we can come by whenever it is convenient for you. Most service calls are scheduled within a week, but if you would like to wait for a more convenient time, we can do that too.

Our service department handles anything from changing outlets to working on signs and parking lot lights. Our Elliot high reach can get a person to a working height of around 75 feet!
