The original three-story, 32,000-SF, 1964 building was completely stripped to its structure and then renovated. The project included new lab casework, new laboratory hoods with upgraded ventilation, new cadaver lab, renovating all three levels and a small auditorium, mechanical and plumbing upgrades, energy-efficient windows, new greenhouse addition, electrical and technology upgrades, ADA upgrades, new restrooms, new roof, new finishes.

The project had an aggressive schedule that required it to be renovated over 1-summer so classes and students would not be interrupted.
